Q: “Can JerseSportsWear sponsor our team?"
Occasionally JerseSportsWear does sponsor teams, they are selected on a case by case basis. Send requests to Sales@jerseysportswear.com
Q: “Are the online team stores seasonal or do I need to put my order in around certain dates?"
Our online stores are available 24/7, with no cut-off dates, allowing you to place orders anytime. There are no minimum order requirements, and you can order whatever you need whenever you need it. Our team store ensures that sizes, styles, and colors are always available as everything is made to order in our facility located in New Jersey.
Q: “I have design ideas; how can I get them on paper or get a mockup?"

Q: “How may mockup revisions can I request? ”
Unlimited!
Q: “Once I have placed the order and paid for it, can I make changes to it? ”
Once your order is sent to production, modifications cannot be made. However, if you require additional items, please contact us, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that while we will do our best to add the items to your order, we cannot guarantee their inclusion.
Q: “I purchased the wrong size custom item; how can I return it? ”
Unfortunately custom items are not returnable.
