RETURN POLICY

For accurate sizing and a smooth shopping experience, we encourage you to consult our size charts, available here, prior to placing your order. This will help ensure your chosen items fit perfectly and meet your expectations.

Returns must be unworn:
  1. Customized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  2. Claims must be filed within 3 days of receiving the product.
  3. Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  4. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover shipping. Photos must be provided with the claim.
  6. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after the product is received.
  7. Clearance products are all sales final and ineligible for return.
Exchange Policy:
  1. For an exchange of a product, please file a claim with our Customer Service Representatives.
  2. Claims must be filed within 3 business days of receiving the product.
  3. Exchange products must be unworn.
  4. Customized products cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.
